Orange Chocolate Pound Cake

Ingredients 

200 grams Butter (melted not too hot)
200 grams Regular sugar
4 each Eggs
200 grams Flour
10 grams Baking powder
70 grams Chopped dark Chocolate (70%)
1 teaspoon Orange zest
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Yield: 9” cake mold

Preparation 

Preheat oven at 180°C.
Whisk melted butter and sugar for 3 minutes.
Add eggs one by one and keep mixing.
Add sifted ingredients and mix well.
Fold in chocolate, orange zest and vanilla.
Pour mixture into butter cake mold.
Bake until a toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean, about 40-45 minutes. Let cool in pan 15 minutes. Invert onto a wire rack, and turn upright to cool completely.
Sprinkle Icing sugar and melted chocolate on the top is desired.
